MR30 series microwave wideband optical receiver, adopts waveguide intergrated PIN photodetector. Within 40KHz~100GHz bandwidth, they are featured with excellent linearity, high responsibility and superior flatness of the RF response in both, power and phase. They provide an outstanding linearity fiber optical communication for analogue and digital wideband microwave application.
MR30 series PIN photodetector products have unsurpassed high-power handing capability. In system application, they can pre-amplify the received optical power by EDFA, favorable responsibility, with high voltage out, avoiding the need for electrical amplification. They are suitable for testing and application in microwave opto-electronics and high speed lightwave area as well as 40Gb/s (OC-768, STM-256) high-speed communication system.
MR30: Four exterior structures available:
MX: module type, RS232 is an option, Suitable for OEM, exterior structure and size of the module as well as the PIN description can be specified by customers.
2D: desk top, with RS232and LCD display, suitable for laboratory use.
1U, 3U: 19" casing, with RS232, SNMP and LCD display, suitable for direct use in networks.
